A life worth living

The unexamined life is not worth living: Socrates (470-399 B.C.)

Hmmm...ya think? Look where it got Socrates?!?! I'm a thinker and to me it appears that the lighthearted, non-examiners are enjoying life more than I am.

It could be that the grass is always greener, but isn't it true when they interview some 110 year old person, they discover that this person didn't take life very seriously and is even kinda stupid?

Maybe I don't get something here.- any thoughts?
