Dr. Gingrich's "CYA"

I have a thyroid nodule. It's not uncommon to develop a thyroid problem after multiple pregnancies because during pregnancy your immune system, which of course involves the thyroid gland, intentionally suppresses to allow the ‘parasite’ within a woman to thrive.

While cleaning up boxes of clutter, I found this letter I received from one of the many MDs I consulted with in 1986. It is amusing to me now. It still may kill me, but here I am, almost 20 years later...little goiter and all...just fine.
