You're such a PEACH!

I said that to someone today. It occured to me that I couldn't think of any other fruit that we use instead-well, "apple of one's eye"... but we don't say, "Your such a Strawberry!" Do people call people plums? I think they do...anyway, what determines which fruit makes it?
